Dr. Ashu Rawat graduated from Odesa National Medical University in 2009 and earned his Master’s Degree in General Surgery in 2013.

Since his student years at Odesa National Medical University, Dr. Rawat has actively participated in numerous public, cultural, and international initiatives. Through interviews with television channels, media outlets, and bloggers, he has consistently promoted a positive image of India, Ukraine, and Odesa National Medical University, fostering cultural understanding and international cooperation.

In 2006, he was appointed the first Patron of the Odesa Regional Public Organization Association of Indian Culture.

In 2012, he organized one of the largest celebrations in Odesa to mark the 20th Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations between India and Ukraine.

As the Founder and Director of Leader Education Ukraine, Dr. Rawat has helped more than 1,000 international students pursue medical education at Odesa National Medical University. Today, the majority of these graduates are successful medical professionals serving in prestigious hospitals and leading healthcare institutions around the world.

In 2013, he received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Odesa Regional State Administration in recognition of his significant contribution to the development of the national and cultural movement in the Odesa region.

In 2017, Dr. Rawat contributed to the reconstruction of the Students’ Alley at the Main Campus of Odesa National Medical University, reflecting his continued commitment to the University and its student community as a proud alumnus.

Since 2014, Dr. Rawat has continued to promote Odesa National Medical University in India through official cooperation, strengthening the University’s international presence and helping future generations of students achieve their medical career aspirations.
