English proficiency test scores are not required. However, students should be proficient in English and have a strong academic background.
They should also meet their university’s system of application and eligibility requirements (if any) for studying abroad and possess the personal maturity to undertake an international experience. If possible, we would be grateful if universities could help screen students for their suitability to take the VSP. Academic credits for the courses may
be granted by the students’ home university at its discretion. Students will join participants from other universities to study the same package.

We encourage students to register early in order for them to secure their package preference and obtain a visitor visa in time, if required.
In the case where there are a total of 24 participants from the home university, you are welcome to send a chaperone or administrator with
the group. The chaperone will be provided with accommodation, medical insurance, airport pick-up, and is welcome to participate in the social activities offered in the program, given that the Faculty Coordinator is informed in advance and there are seats available.

The VSP is a wonderful opportunity to enhance your experiential learning with an international study abroad experience.
