The MOH reports:

In Ukraine, 18616 cases of COVID-19 coronavirus disease have been recorded

According to the CSH, as of 9:00 am on May 18, 2020 there are 18616 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, including 535 lethal, 5276 patients recovered. During the day, 325 new cases have been recorded.

Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:

▪ Vinnytsia region – 733 cases;
▪ Volyn region –  625 cases;
▪Dnipropetrovsk region – 843 cases;
▪ Donetsk region –  131 cases;
▪ Zhytomyr region – 564 cases;
▪ Zakarpattia region – 901 case;
▪Zaporizhzhia region –   382  cases;
▪ Ivano-Frankivsk region – 1221 cases;
▪ Kirovograd region – 445 cases;
▪City of Kiev –2321 cases;
▪ Kyiv region – 1224 cases;
▪ Lviv region – 1066 cases;
▪Lugansk region – 42 cases;

▪Mykolaiv region –262 cases;
▪Odessa region –  764 cases;
▪Poltava region – 264 cases;
▪Rivne region – 1167 cases;
▪Sumy region – 163 cases;
▪Ternopil region – 1081 cases;
▪Kharkiv region – 789 case;
▪ Kherson region – 168 cases;
▪ Khmelnitsky region – 267 cases;
▪Chernivtsi region –2713 cases;
▪Cherkasy region – 372 cases;
▪Chernihiv region – 108 cases.

 

Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are missing.

The studies were conducted by the Virology Reference Laboratory of the 18, 2020, the Center received 560 reports of suspected COVID-19. A total of 46229 COVID-19 suspicion reports have been received since the beginning of 2020.
