So what is known about coronaviruses to date, according to official data:

The new coronavirus (nCoV 2019) had not been previously identified. The 2019 Coronavirus Disease Virus (COVID-19) is different from the coronaviruses that commonly circulate in humans and cause mild illnesses such as colds.

The main ways of spreading a coronavirus are air-drip from person to person. A person can also get COVID-19 by touching the surface or object on which the virus is located and then touching his mouth, nose or eyes, but this is not considered to be the primary way of infection.
People are considered to be the most contagious when the main symptoms of the disease are manifested. Some spread may be possible before people develop symptoms, but it is not considered to be the primary means of spreading the virus.
The average incubation period, according to official data, is 5.2 days (mainly 4.1 to 7.0 days).
The main symptoms of the coronavirus are fever, severe nasal congestion, cough, shortness of breath.
The major complication of coronavirus disease (COVID 2019) is bilateral viral pneumonia. According to some reports, the possibility of clinical deterioration may occur during the second week of illness, others – within a month.
There is currently no vaccine to prevent coronavirus disease in 2019 (COVID-19). The best way to prevent the disease is to avoid contact with the virus. However, daily precautions should be taken:
a) avoid close contact with sick people;
b) do not touch your eyes, nose and mouth;

c) stay home when you are sick;

d) cover your mouthe while coughing or sneezing with a napkin, then throw the napkin into a trash can;

e) clean and disinfect items and surfaces that are frequently touched using ordinary household detergents or wipes.

Today, there is plenty of information on the subject of coronavirus in the media as well as on the Internet, leading to lots of misinformation, unverified data or so-called fakes. In this situation, it is very important to use only proven, official sources, not to panic, temporarily refuse to travel to regions and countries where there is the coronavirus epidemic.

According to experts, there is a prospect of extinction of the intensity of the coronavirus epidemic by April-May 2020. However, given the large amount of data i coming from all over the world, it is extremely difficult to make definitive forecasts.
