Seminar on the topic “Affordable about complex: Medical guarantee program”

On May 20,  Odesa National Medical University hosted a seminar on the topic “Affordable about the complex:  Medical Guarantee Program” for students of the fifth and sixth years, as well as interns in a mixed mode.

The goal of the initiators of the educational event, ONMedU and the Southern Interregional Department of the NHSHU, is to tell students of higher education about the medical reform, the National Health Service of Ukraine, its main functions and tasks, as well as about the Program of Medical Guarantees and projects of the Academy of the NHSHU.

The speaker of the seminar, Albina Khakimova, deputy head of the department, head of the department of contractual work of the department in the city of Odesa and  Odesa region of the Southern Interregional Department of the NSHU, thoroughly and interestingly described the modern methods of developing and introducing into the medical structure financial provisions and guarantees for medical institutions and patients. She also talked about courses that help future and current specialists learn about the structure of innovations and algorithms for using the system.

The interns and medical workers present at the event had the opportunity to ask questions about their work with the NHSHU and receive detailed answers.

According to one of the participants of the seminar, graduate Yaroslav Derevyagin, such seminars are very necessary for students of higher education in medical institutions. “I am grateful for a chance to attend such an event and receiving the necessary information for my future complex, but interesting field,” said Yaroslav.
