ONMedU graduate Vladyslav Belotskyi was awarded with Honorary Breastplate of the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine

On May 5, Odessa National Medical University graduate Vladyslav Belotskyi, a doctor at Kyiv State Emergency Service Center, was awarded the Honorary Breastplate of the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

Vladyslav received the high distinction for his courage, high professionalism, and impeccable performance of tasks during the rescue operation that took place on April 24. Then, rescuers freed a SES employee from the rubble, who lived in a residential building destroyed by a shell. The medical team, which included Vladyslav, quickly and accurately provided the victim with first aid and promptly evacuated him to the St. Michael’s Clinical Hospital, where he received the necessary medical care.

Odessa National Medical University is sincerely proud of its graduate. Vladislav Belotsky’s feat is an example of high professionalism, determination, and humanism that are embedded within the walls of our university.
