According to official data from the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, more than 90% of Ukrainians have at least one of the symptoms of anxiety disorders, and 40-50% need psychological support of varying intensity. That is, every person who is in Ukraine or has left its borders has been affected by the stress of the war, behind which there is fear, anxiety, fatigue, concern for loved ones. Therefore, it is especially important now to take care of your mental health and communicate with psychologists and doctors in a timely manner. Even educated professionals feel emotional and spiritual exhaustion due to the war.
