The admission campaign for Ukrainian entrants is over

The entrance campaign for Ukrainian entrants is over at Odessa National Medical University. The admission board is summing up the results. Due to the high rating of ONMedU and career guidance activities, the number of entrants to the university has increased compared to last year. More than 450 people expressed a desire to become doctors, dentists and pharmacists at Odessa National Medical University. The most popular specialty, as in previous years is medicine.
The Executive Secretary of the Admissions Board of ONMedU E.S. Buriachkivskii noted: “Despite the ongoing pandemic, the figures of recent years have been exceeded. We conducted a significant amount of career guidance work, albeit online. Educational centers “Donbass-Ukraine” and “Crimea-Ukraine” have been operating on the basis of the university for several years, in accordance with the orders of the Ministry of Education and Science and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. This year was also no exception for entrants from the Crimea and Donbas.
In general, we are satisfied with the working conditions of the Admissions Board in the new premises with modern renovations and new equipment for comfortable submission of documents by entrants, and the course of the admission campaign, and the number of new students.
By the way, I ask freshmen to follow the official website of ONMedU, which publishes information about the beginning of studies, meeting with deans, settling in a dormitory, getting textbooks, etc.
Note that the introductory campaign for foreign citizens lasts until October 31, 2021. If you have any questions regarding the admission of foreign entrants, please call +38 (048) 731-70-47 from 9:00 to 16:00 and e-mail [email protected].
