Questionnaire on vaccination against COVID-19

Odessa National Medical University takes care of the safety of the students and staff throughout the quarantine period, so the administrative department of the university takes an active part in the implementation of immunoprophylaxis programs.

Medical experts are expecting the third wave of the pandemic. To ensure the protection of human health, the university has developed a questionnaire on vaccination against COVID-19.

The purpose of the survey is to find out the range of people who have received a full or partial course of vaccination and those who wish to be vaccinated voluntarily.
