TWIIN is an innovative digital assistant that uses digital people technology and artificial intelligence to provide reliable information and support. It is a virtual social worker that provides personalized answers to important health questions.

What does TWIIN do?
• Provides instant advice on relevant topics.
• Operates 24/7 and is anonymous.
• Available in written and voice formats.
• Helps people access important information without having to contact social workers.

TWIIN was developed in response to the urgent need for digital solutions that ensure uninterrupted access to essential services, especially for vulnerable groups who face stigma, discrimination and limited access to healthcare. The COVID-19 pandemic and the war in Ukraine have highlighted the need for digital tools to support HIV prevention, mental health and harm reduction programmes in times of crisis. By integrating artificial intelligence and digital support into health and social services, TWIIN increases the efficiency and accessibility of services and programmes, contributing to the achievement of global health goals.

Digital People Technology
The digital people at TWIIN make communication as close to human as possible. Users can choose who to communicate with.

Artificial Intelligence in TWIIN
• Analyzes user queries and retrieves answers from a specially developed knowledge base.
• Ensures the reliability of information, unlike Google searches, where it is difficult to identify reliable sources.
• Chat-GPT is used only for topics that are not in the database, but the system always returns the conversation to the main topic.

TWIIN is a modern tool that provides reliable, verified information and support for everyone who needs it.
