MOH. Latest information of 27.08.2020

The MOH reports:

In Ukraine, 1974 new cases of COVID-19 coronavirus disease have been recorded.

According to the CSH, as of 9:00 am on August 27, 2020 there are 112 059 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, including  2403 lethal, 54 217 patients have recovered. During the day, 1974  new cases have been recorded. A total of  1 472 736  PCR tests have been performed.  763 patients have recovered over the last 24 hours.

Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:

▪ Vinnytsia region –  3736 cases;
▪ Volyn region –   5268 cases;
▪Dnipropetrovsk region –  2095 cases;
▪ Donetsk region –  1278 cases;
▪ Zhytomyr region –  2998 cases;
▪ Zakarpattia region – 7225 case;
▪Zaporizhzhia region –   1454  cases;
▪ Ivano-Frankivsk region – 8485 cases;
▪ Kirovograd region – 780 cases;
▪City of Kiev – 12 468 cases;
▪ Kyiv region –   5305 cases;
▪ Lviv region – 13 763 cases;
▪Lugansk region – 264 cases;

▪Mykolaiv region – 1040 cases;
▪Odessa region –  6537 cases;
▪Poltava region – 695 cases;
▪Rivne region – 8818 cases;
▪Sumy region – 1302 cases;
▪Ternopil region – 5245 cases;
▪Kharkiv region – 8202 case;
▪ Kherson region – 363 cases;
▪ Khmelnitsky region – 2102 cases;
▪Chernivtsi region – 9700 cases;
▪Cherkasy region – 1318 cases;
▪Chernihiv region – 1618 cases.

 

Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are missing.

The studies were conducted by the Virology Reference Laboratory and also by regional laboratories. On August 27, 2020, the Centre received 2521 reports of suspected COVID-19. A total of  171 811 COVID-19 suspicion reports have been received since the beginning of 2020.
