Denial of unreliable information about alleged violations of fire safety rules

Recently, the media has been spreading false information that ONMedU allegedly violates fire safety rules and may be closed by a court decision.
In order to prevent manipulation, the administration of ONMedU considers it necessary to report the following.
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine for Emergency Situations in Odesa Region issued an inspection report on some premises and buildings of ONMedU for non-compliance of conditions with the technical requirements of fire safety. This act is controversial because it was drawn up with certain shortcomings and violations.
As it turned out, Odesa District Administrative Court adopted a Decision on partial satisfaction of the administrative claim of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine for the Emergency Situations in Odesa region, regarding the application of sanctions until the mentioned shortcomings are eliminated on 04.08.2020.
This decision has not entered into force, and most of the comments found during the inspection to date in the buildings and premises of ONMedU have been eliminated.
Thus, since the decision was made in violation of the law, ONMedU will appeal it in the manner prescribed by law. ONMedU will additionally inform about the further consideration of the case in court.
Once again, we urge the media and the public to trust only reliable sources and verify information. Do not allow to be deceived by manipulations designed for legal ignorance.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that dissemination of false information is a violation of Art. 68 of the Constitution of Ukraine, according to which every citizen is obliged to strictly abide to the Constitution of Ukraine and the laws of Ukraine, not to encroach on the rights and freedoms, honor and dignity of others.
