MOH. Latest information of 12.08.2020

The MOH reports:

In Ukraine, 1433 new cases of COVID-19 coronavirus disease have been recorded.

According to the CSH, as of 9:00 am on August 12, 2020 there are 84 548 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, including 1 970 lethal, 45 686 patients have recovered. During the day, 1433 new cases have been recorded. A total of  1214 941 PCR tests have been performed.  752 patients have recovered over the last 24 hours.

Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:

▪ Vinnytsia region – 3043 cases;
▪ Volyn region –  4423 cases;
▪Dnipropetrovsk region – 1602 cases;
▪ Donetsk region –  1011 cases;
▪ Zhytomyr region – 2215 cases;
▪ Zakarpattia region – 5946 case;
▪Zaporizhzhia region –   971  cases;
▪ Ivano-Frankivsk region – 6039 cases;
▪ Kirovograd region – 728 cases;
▪City of Kiev –9869 cases;
▪ Kyiv region – 4307 cases;
▪ Lviv region – 11308 cases;
▪Lugansk region – 160 cases;

▪Mykolaiv region –744 cases;
▪Odessa region –  4458 cases;
▪Poltava region – 514 cases;
▪Rivne region – 7114 cases;
▪Sumy region – 716 cases;
▪Ternopil region – 3413 cases;
▪Kharkiv region – 5169 case;
▪ Kherson region –276 cases;
▪ Khmelnitsky region – 1413 cases;
▪Chernivtsi region –6980 cases;
▪Cherkasy region – 1049 cases;
▪Chernihiv region – 1080 cases.

 

Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are missing.

The studies were conducted by the Virology Reference Laboratory and also by regional laboratories. On August 12, 2020, the Centre received 1809 reports of suspected COVID-19. A total of  140 504 COVID-19 suspicion reports have been received since the beginning of 2020.
