For the medical reform to be successful, we really need physicians who love their profession: they are interested in news and discoveries from around the world, learning something new and want to develop constantly and move forward.

The Internet is an absolutely necessary tool for training and self-improvement of doctors. The open source network has a huge amount of materials, articles, training courses, videos for physicians – only English is required to access most of them. For example, there are several resources that will help physicians to gain new knowledge and keep track of the latest trends in medicine.
The British Medical Journal ( is an authoritative professional edition for physicians around the world. Thanks to the MOH of Ukraine, two of their largest educational resources are available free of charge to Ukrainian doctors – BMJ Best Practice and BMJ Learning, valuable material if you are just starting to work in medicine. provides you with contact details of the coordinators who will provide the access codes to the resource in your region.

U.S. National Library Medicine ( is a site of the National Medical Library of the United States with many references to useful resources and materials.

Prometheus ( is a Ukrainian educational platform where you can find free-of-charge online courses from various fields. The courses are conducted by teachers of higher educational institutions, companies and institutions; in case of their successful passing it is possible to receive a certificate with the signature of the teacher. Currently the site has several medical courses.
