On September 17–18, Lutsk became a place for professional discussions on the development of the higher education quality assurance system. The Ukrainian Education Quality Forum (UQAF-2025), implemented by the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance in conjunction with Lutsk National Technical University, brought together about 800 participants who took part in expert discussions, practical formats and experience exchange over two days.
The All-Ukrainian Education Quality Forum was solemnly opened by the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Ruslan Stefanchuk. 7 panel discussions, 11 workshops, 6 presentations of university practices, as well as a poster session were successfully held, where 10 educational programs marked as “exemplary” in the 2024/2025 academic year and the educational program of LNTU, which is currently undergoing accreditation, were presented. Leading Ukrainian and European experts, students and employers shared their experience, discussing current approaches to ensuring and developing the quality of higher education. Special attention was paid to the issues of post-accreditation monitoring of higher education institutions, changes in higher education standards, the use of digital technologies and the training of reserve officers.
UQAF-2025 demonstrated: the quality of education is a shared responsibility, and only in partnership is it possible to create a competitive higher education system.
Employees of Odessa National Medical University were invited to participate in this landmark event: Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work Eduard Buryachkivskyi, Head of the Academic Department Iryna Annenkova and Head of the Education Quality Assurance Sector Kateryna Usychenko. We express our sincere gratitude to the National Agency for Quality Assurance of Higher Education and Lutsk National Technical University for the invitation, warm welcome and support.
