The Student Scientific Society and Young Scientists’ Society communities are actively functioning at Odessa National Medical University

The communities of the Student Scientific Society and Young Scientists’ Society are actively functioning at Odessa National Medical University. Members of the societies take active part in the work of scientific circles of the departments and represent ONMedU at all-Ukrainian and international seminars, conferences, symposia, forums, etc. The societies are headed by the Council of the Student Scientific Society and the Council of the Young Scientists’ Society. In 2020-2021 academic year, the boards were chaired by Bohdan Zinchuk and Olena Filonenko, respectively. Professor Olga Yushkivska has been the general scientific supervisor for the last 13 years.

The councils represent the research and educational interests of students, young scientists, interns and young doctors.

Being a member of the Board of the Student Scientific Society and the Society of Young Scientists is an opportunity to participate in organizing and conducting seminars and round tables on problematic topics, conferences and scientific tournaments, various educational and preventive social events, to publish in domestic and international professional scientific journals and publications, receiving a scholarship for an internship, etc.
