ONMedU has completed admission of applications and documents from entrants

On July 22, 2019, at 18:00, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Admission in 2019, the admission of applications and documents from applicants was completed at Odessa National Medical University.
“The first phase of this year’s admission campaign was calm, without hurry, and the system of electronic entry worked without strains and technical failures. Entrance exams are starting from July 23 for the specialty of “Pharmacy”, “Medicine”, “Dentistry” for applicants having a diploma of a junior specialist in the corresponding specialty”, – noted Eduard Buriachkivskii, the responsible secretary of the admission committee of ONMedU.In total this year 3617 applications were received. For specialty “Medicine” – 1626. As in previous years, this specialty is the most popular one. For the specialty “Pharmacy” for the first year of the intramural form of education 603 applications were filed this year. Last year the number of applicants amounted to 844. A slightly lower number of applications this year is associated with the established conditions of admission with a minimum score of not less than 130. As for the specialty “Dentistry”, the desire to study revealed 597 people, which is 124 more than last year. It is to be recalled that the 2019 admission campaign started in Ukraine on July 10.
