MOH. Latest information of 4.09.2020

The MOH reports:

In Ukraine,  2723 new cases of COVID-19 coronavirus disease have been recorded- it is a new abysmal record in the number of infected people registered per day.

According to the CSH, as of 9:00 am on September 4, 2020 there are 130 951 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, including 2761 lethal, 60 613 patients have recovered. During the day,  2723 new cases have been recorded. A total of  1 648 087 PCR tests have been performed.  937 patients have recovered over the last 24 hours.

Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:

▪ Vinnytsia region – 4269 cases;
▪ Volyn region –  5723 cases;
▪Dnipropetrovsk region – 2570 cases;
▪ Donetsk region –  1576 cases;
▪ Zhytomyr region – 3550 cases;
▪ Zakarpattia region – 7888 case;
▪Zaporizhzhia region –   1768  cases;
▪ Ivano-Frankivsk region – 9845 cases;
▪ Kirovograd region – 841 cases;
▪City of Kiev – 14 477 cases;
▪ Kyiv region – 6017 cases;
▪ Lviv region – 15 312 cases;
▪Lugansk region – 393 cases;

▪Mykolaiv region – 1446 cases;
▪Odessa region –  8038 cases;
▪Poltava region – 886 cases;
▪Rivne region – 9535 cases;
▪Sumy region – 1680 cases;
▪Ternopil region – 6841 cases;
▪Kharkiv region – 10 312 case;
▪ Kherson region – 444 cases;
▪ Khmelnitsky region – 2848 cases;
▪Chernivtsi region – 10 786 cases;
▪Cherkasy region – 1756 cases;
▪Chernihiv region – 2150 cases.

 

Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are missing.

The studies were conducted by the Virology Reference Laboratory and also by regional laboratories. On September 4, 2020, the Centre received 3131 reports of suspected COVID-19. A total of  192 647 COVID-19 suspicion reports have been received since the beginning of 2020.
