MOH. Latest information of 2.09.2020

The MOH reports:

In Ukraine, 2495 new cases of COVID-19 coronavirus disease have been recorded.

According to the CSH, as of 9:00 am on September 2, 2020 there are 125 798 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, including  2656 lethal, 58 817 patients have recovered. During the day, 2495  new cases have been recorded. A total of  1 597 707  PCR tests have been performed.  1015 patients have recovered over the last 24 hours.

Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:

▪ Vinnytsia region –  4109 cases;
▪ Volyn region –   5589 cases;
▪Dnipropetrovsk region –  2454 cases;
▪ Donetsk region –  1505 cases;
▪ Zhytomyr region –  3442 cases;
▪ Zakarpattia region – 7697 case;
▪Zaporizhzhia region –   1657  cases;
▪ Ivano-Frankivsk region – 9522 cases;
▪ Kirovograd region – 826 cases;
▪City of Kiev – 13 878 cases;
▪ Kyiv region –   5842 cases;
▪ Lviv region – 14 907cases;
▪Lugansk region – 346 cases;

▪Mykolaiv region – 1320 cases;
▪Odessa region –  7697 cases;
▪Poltava region – 832 cases;
▪Rivne region – 9396 cases;
▪Sumy region – 1571 cases;
▪Ternopil region – 6395 cases;
▪Kharkiv region – 9640 case;
▪ Kherson region – 424 cases;
▪ Khmelnitsky region – 2630 cases;
▪Chernivtsi region – 10 487 cases;
▪Cherkasy region – 1642 cases;
▪Chernihiv region – 1990 cases.

 

Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are missing.

The studies were conducted by the Virology Reference Laboratory and also by regional laboratories. On September 2, 2020, the Centre received 2678 reports of suspected COVID-19. A total of  186 709 COVID-19 suspicion reports have been received since the beginning of 2020.
