The MOH reports:

In Ukraine, 22382 cases of COVID-19 coronavirus disease have been recorded

According to the CSH, as of 9:00 am on May 28, 2020 there are 22382 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, including 669 lethal, 8439 patients recovered. During the day, 477 new cases have been recorded.

Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:

▪ Vinnytsia region – 947 cases;
▪ Volyn region –  851 cases;
▪Dnipropetrovsk region – 920 cases;
▪ Donetsk region –  158 cases;
▪ Zhytomyr region – 673 cases;
▪ Zakarpattia region – 1124 case;
▪Zaporizhzhia region –   425  cases;
▪ Ivano-Frankivsk region – 1339 cases;
▪ Kirovograd region – 495 cases;
▪City of Kiev –2793 cases;
▪ Kyiv region – 1517 cases;
▪ Lviv region – 1513 cases;
▪Lugansk region – 45 cases;

▪Mykolaiv region –282 cases;
▪Odessa region –  861 cases;
▪Poltava region – 268 cases;
▪Rivne region – 1588 cases;
▪Sumy region – 166 cases;
▪Ternopil region – 1131 cases;
▪Kharkiv region – 981 case;
▪ Kherson region – 177 cases;
▪ Khmelnitsky region – 386 cases;
▪Chernivtsi region –3201 cases;
▪Cherkasy region – 401 cases;
▪Chernihiv region – 140 cases.

 

Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are missing.

The studies were conducted by the Virology Reference Laboratory and also by regional laboratories. On May 28, 2020, the Center received 1110 reports of suspected COVID-19. A total of 55995 COVID-19 suspicion reports have been received since the beginning of 2020.
