The MOH reports:

In Ukraine, 22811 cases of COVID-19 coronavirus disease have been recorded

According to the CSH, as of 9:00 am on May 29, 2020 there are 22811 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, including 679 lethal, 8934 patients recovered. During the day, 429 new cases have been recorded.

Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:

▪ Vinnytsia region – 957 cases;
▪ Volyn region –  863 cases;
▪Dnipropetrovsk region – 930 cases;
▪ Donetsk region –  158 cases;
▪ Zhytomyr region – 694 cases;
▪ Zakarpattia region – 1147 case;
▪Zaporizhzhia region –   431  cases;
▪ Ivano-Frankivsk region – 1360 cases;
▪ Kirovograd region – 503 cases;
▪City of Kiev –2849 cases;
▪ Kyiv region – 1535 cases;
▪ Lviv region – 1563 cases;
▪Lugansk region – 46 cases;

▪Mykolaiv region –284 cases;
▪Odessa region –  878 cases;
▪Poltava region – 268 cases;
▪Rivne region – 1628 cases;
▪Sumy region – 167 cases;
▪Ternopil region – 1145 cases;
▪Kharkiv region – 1011 case;
▪ Kherson region – 177 cases;
▪ Khmelnitsky region – 407 cases;
▪Chernivtsi region –3259 cases;
▪Cherkasy region – 401 cases;
▪Chernihiv region – 150 cases.

 

Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are missing.

The studies were conducted by the Virology Reference Laboratory and also by regional laboratories. On May 29, 2020, the Center received 1011 reports of suspected COVID-19. A total of 57006 COVID-19 suspicion reports have been received since the beginning of 2020.
