In Ukraine, 21905 cases of COVID-19 coronavirus disease have been recorded
According to the CSH, as of 9:00 am on May 27, 2020 there are 21905 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, including 658 lethal, 7995 patients recovered. During the day, 321 new cases have been recorded.
Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:
▪ Vinnytsia region – 932 cases;
▪ Volyn region – 814 cases;
▪Dnipropetrovsk region – 905 cases;
▪ Donetsk region – 155 cases;
▪ Zhytomyr region – 660 cases;
▪ Zakarpattia region – 1104 case;
▪Zaporizhzhia region – 420 cases;
▪ Ivano-Frankivsk region – 1327 cases;
▪ Kirovograd region – 489 cases;
▪City of Kiev –2739 cases;
▪ Kyiv region – 1458 cases;
▪ Lviv region – 1474 cases;
▪Lugansk region – 45 cases;
▪Mykolaiv region –281 cases;
▪Odessa region – 853 cases;
▪Poltava region – 267 cases;
▪Rivne region – 1514 cases;
▪Sumy region – 166 cases;
▪Ternopil region – 1126 cases;
▪Kharkiv region – 959 case;
▪ Kherson region – 177 cases;
▪ Khmelnitsky region – 381 cases;
▪Chernivtsi region –3144 cases;
▪Cherkasy region – 393 cases;
▪Chernihiv region – 137 cases.
Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are missing.
The studies were conducted by the Virology Reference Laboratory and also by regional laboratories. On May 27, 2020, the Center received 924 reports of suspected COVID-19. A total of 54885 COVID-19 suspicion reports have been received since the beginning of 2020.
