The MOH reports:

In Ukraine, 21245 cases of COVID-19 coronavirus disease have been recorded

According to the CSH, as of 9:00 am on May 25, 2020 there are 21245 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, including 623 lethal, 7234 patients recovered. During the day, 259 new cases have been recorded.

Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:

▪ Vinnytsia region – 892 cases;
▪ Volyn region –  783 cases;
▪Dnipropetrovsk region – 875 cases;
▪ Donetsk region –  148 cases;
▪ Zhytomyr region – 641 cases;
▪ Zakarpattia region – 1082 case;
▪Zaporizhzhia region –   415  cases;
▪ Ivano-Frankivsk region – 1281 cases;
▪ Kirovograd region – 478 cases;
▪City of Kiev –2655 cases;
▪ Kyiv region – 1437 cases;
▪ Lviv region – 1360 cases;
▪Lugansk region – 43 cases;

▪Mykolaiv region –281 cases;
▪Odessa region –  832 cases;
▪Poltava region – 266 cases;
▪Rivne region – 1434 cases;
▪Sumy region – 166 cases;
▪Ternopil region – 1121 cases;
▪Kharkiv region – 912 case;
▪ Kherson region – 177 cases;
▪ Khmelnitsky region – 364 cases;
▪Chernivtsi region –3083 cases;
▪Cherkasy region – 391 cases;
▪Chernihiv region – 131 cases.

 

Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are missing.

The studies were conducted by the Virology Reference Laboratory and also by regional laboratories. On May 25, 2020, the Center received 477 reports of suspected COVID-19. A total of 53011 COVID-19 suspicion reports have been received since the beginning of 2020.
