Mental Health Forum

The three-week Mental Health Forum – a three-day platform for exchanging experiences and developing solutions on the path to building a mental health system and services in Ukraine during the war and reconstruction – took place in Kyiv in the last days of November.

“Human Resilience – System Resilience” was the main slogan of the event, which was organized within the framework of the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program “How Are You?”. The co-organizers, WHO and the Coordination Center for Mental Health of the Cabinet of Ministers, set the goal of reflecting the palette of mental health services currently provided by the state: from the organization of Mental Health Centers to the national discussion on the draft law on the mental health of the nation.

As a continuation of the central event of the country, regional events were held within the framework of the project. Thus, on November 26, ONMedU higher education seekers met with experts from the WHO Office in Ukraine and discussed the role of youth and students of medical institutions during emergencies.
