Meeting of the Academic Council of ONMedU on 28.12.2023

On December 28, a meeting of the Academic Council of Odesa National Medical University took place. The agenda was quite full. Valeria Marichereda, the first vice-rector, gave a long report on the state of international work of the university. The rector, academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Professor Valerii Zaporozhan reported on changes in the organizational structure of Odesa National Medical University, on the approval of the updated personal composition of the university’s Supervisory Board. The reports on research topics financed by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine were also approved.

Members of the Academic Council supported the candidates of higher education seekers of ONMedU to receive a scholarship from the Odesa Mayor and approved the decision to create specialized one-time councils for the defense of theses. A new composition of the editorial board and editorial board of the “Odesa Medical Journal” was elected.
