The recently opened Mental Health Center of Odesa National Medical University is actively working.
On November 12, together with Odesa military administration, within the framework of the All-Ukrainian mental health program “How are you?”, initiated by the first lady Olena Zelenska, the event “Diaries of resilience of Odesa region” took place.
Students of the 1st-6th years of the medical and dentistry faculties, interns of the specialties “Psychiatry” and “Physical rehabilitation medicine”, seekers of the 3rd level of higher education (master’s degree) specialty 053 “Practical psychology”, members of the SSS of the Department of Psychiatry, Narcology, medical psychology and psychotherapy.
Valeriia Marichereda, the first vice-rector of ONMedU, Dmytro Radulov, deputy head of OMA, adviser to the head of the regional state administration, regional coordinator of the All-Ukrainian mental health program “How are you?” in the Odesa region spoke with greeting words.
The invited combat medics shared their own experience and held a master class on mental stability.
Hanna Velichko and Yermakova Yuliya conducted a training, the purpose of which was to learn how to take care of your mental health through such a form of therapy as writing and talking.
A video manifesto about “Resilience” was watched.
Each participant of the event wrote his own story of resilience and shared it with the audience, as well as added it to the “Stability Diaries” portal of the All-Ukrainian program “How are you?”.
