At the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, students practiced practical skills

The educational process at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of ONMedU (headed by Prof. I.Z. Gladchuk) in the class of simulation training with observance of all anti-epidemic measures continues. Students had the opportunity to practice basic practical skills in gynecology and obstetrics.

After the long online training it was extremely necessary to start the practical part of gynecology, because the ability to palpate, examine, take tests is very important for future doctors. It should be noted that there was a friendly constructive atmosphere in the classroom, and the development of skills, as noted by students, brought a sense of satisfaction.

Students of the 8th group of the 4th year took an active part in mastering and training of practical skills, namely: Nikolova Julia, Cech Khrystyna, Tsymbalista Sofia, Romanets Oleg, Petryshyn Serhiy.

Professor A.G. Volyanska, assistants L.M. Popova, O.I. Shevchenko, I.V. Antonechko and G. Yu. Kushnir prepared and took part in the development of practical skills in the simulation class.

Thus, the ability to perform medical manipulations in the discipline of obstetrics and gynecology are essential for the training of general practitioners.
