Address of the Rector of ONMedU on the Day of Commemoration of the Fallen Medics

Dear colleagues, students, employees!

July 10 is the day when we honor the memory of doctors who died while performing their professional duty. This is not just a date on the calendar – it is a deep pain, pride and gratitude.

Doctors have always been on the front lines – in peacetime, during pandemics, natural disasters, and especially now, when our country is experiencing severe trials of war. They saved lives under shelling, in field hospitals, in combat zones, leaving aside fear and fatigue.

We bow our heads to the bright memory of those who gave their lives for the lives of others. Their feat is an example of true humanism, professionalism and love for people.

Our mission is to remember, honor and continue their work, educating new generations of doctors with strong moral principles and dedication to the profession.

Eternal memory and respect to the Heroes in white coats!

Sincerely,
Rector of ONMedU Academician
