Memory Day of Heavenly Hundred Heroes

On the 20th of February  Ukraine honours Heroes of  Revolutionary Dignity.

It is on this day that most active activists of Euromaydan died. The revolutionary events of 2013–2014 generally took the lives of about a hundred activists on the Maidan.

For recognition of the great people of our nation, their strength and spirit, who turned the course of our history, Februay 20 became the calendar memory day of the participants of the Dignity Revolution  and the Heavenly Hundred Heroes by the decree of the President.

Every year  all over Ukraine, there will be a solemn and memorial events on this day. Official ceremonies took place on the Avenue of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes, as well as at the Column Hall of the CMDA today.

The Department of Social Sciences of the Odesa National Medical University also prepared a range of events for the Memory Day of Heavenly Hundred Heroes.

Remember the heroes! Glory to Ukraine!
