Visit to Vienna Medical University

On June 12-13, 2024, ONMedU delegation, consisting of the first vice-rector, Professor Valeria Marichereda, library director Natalia Harina, and rector’s assistant Iryna Savchenko, visited Vienna Medical University.

As part of the visit, there were interesting meetings and events aimed at developing partnership cooperation and good relations between our institutions.

One of the highlights of the visit was a visit to the modern MedUni library, Vienna. The representatives of our delegation were impressed by the wide range of scientific literature, modern technologies and innovative approaches to the organization of library work.

An important role in the visit was played by a meeting with representatives of the international department of MedUni, Vienna. During this meeting, the possibilities of joint scientific projects and improvement of academic mobility programs for students and teachers were discussed. Representatives of ONMedU thanked partners for their support in this difficult time for Ukraine. Both sides expressed readiness for active cooperation and further development of partnership relations.
