State Certification at the Faculty of Dentistry

State certification at the Faculty of Dentistry is taking place in two stages: the first one on 30.05.19, it was “STEP-2” test, the results of which are not yet known yet, and the second one – from June 3 to June 11, 2019 – a practically oriented state examination. This year, the second stage is held on the basis of the Regional Dental Clinic. Dentistry departments have provided the exam with all necessary visual and methodological materials. In the practical part of the exam, our graduates have to demonstrate their manual skills on phantoms or simulators, or to develop an algorithm for diagnostic research of a real patient, as well as to solve a situational problem that does not suggest the presence of a patient. Despite the difficult conditions at the university this year, our students have received the necessary training in full, and the state examinations began on time and are being carried out on a high methodological level.
