MOH. Latest information of 8.07.2020

The MOH reports:

In Ukraine, 807 new cases of COVID-19 coronavirus disease have been recorded.

According to the CSH, as of 9:00 am on July 8, 2020 there are 50414 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, including 1306 lethal, 23119 patients have recovered. During the day, 807 new cases have been recorded. A total of 745313 PCR tests have been performed.

Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:

▪ Vinnytsia region – 2002 cases;
▪ Volyn region –  2852 cases;
▪Dnipropetrovsk region – 1120 cases;
▪ Donetsk region –  713 cases;
▪ Zhytomyr region – 1484 cases;
▪ Zakarpattia region – 3533 case;
▪Zaporizhzhia region –   599  cases;
▪ Ivano-Frankivsk region – 2797 cases;
▪ Kirovograd region – 664 cases;
▪City of Kiev –5779 cases;
▪ Kyiv region – 2853 cases;
▪ Lviv region – 6562 cases;
▪Lugansk region – 87 cases;

▪Mykolaiv region –463 cases;
▪Odessa region –  1984 cases;
▪Poltava region – 326 cases;
▪Rivne region – 4304 cases;
▪Sumy region – 323 cases;
▪Ternopil region – 2142 cases;
▪Kharkiv region – 2466 case;
▪ Kherson region – 201 cases;
▪ Khmelnitsky region – 863 cases;
▪Chernivtsi region –5051 cases;
▪Cherkasy region – 695 cases;
▪Chernihiv region – 578 cases.

 

Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are missing.

The studies were conducted by the Virology Reference Laboratory and also by regional laboratories. On July 08, 2020, the Center received 1170 reports of suspected COVID-19. A total of 97356 COVID-19 suspicion reports have been received since the beginning of 2020.
