The MOH reports:
In Ukraine, 4 753 new cases of COVID-19 coronavirus disease have been recorded- it is a new abysmal record in the number of infected people registered per day.
According to the CSH, as of 9:00 am on October 7, 2020 there are 239 337 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, including 4 597 lethal, 105 970 patients have recovered. During the day, 4 753 new cases have been recorded. A total of 2 455 407 PCR tests have been performed. 2 569 patients have recovered over the last 24 hours.
Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:

▪ Volyn region – 9 037 cases;
▪Dnipropetrovsk region – 7 688 cases;
▪ Donetsk region – 4 824 cases;
▪ Zhytomyr region – 7 221 cases;
▪ Zakarpattia region – 10 373 case;
▪Zaporizhzhia region – 4 862 cases;
▪ Ivano-Frankivsk region – 14 562 cases;
▪ Kirovograd region – 1 215 cases;
▪City of Kiev – 25 474 cases;
▪ Kyiv region – 10 291 cases;
▪ Lviv region – 21 696 cases;
▪Lugansk region – 1 394 cases;
▪Mykolaiv region – 4 025 cases;
▪Odessa region – 15 337 cases;
▪Poltava region – 3 497 cases;
▪Rivne region – 13 532 cases;
▪Sumy region – 5 885 cases;
▪Ternopil region – 14 737 cases;
▪Kharkiv region – 22 136 cases;
▪ Kherson region – 1 591 cases;
▪ Khmelnitsky region – 7 473 cases;
▪Chernivtsi region – 15 589 cases;
▪Cherkasy region – 4 917 cases;
▪Chernihiv region – 4 907 cases.
Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are missing.
The studies were conducted by the Virology Reference Laboratory and also by regional laboratories. On October 07. 2020, the Centre received 5 286 reports of suspected COVID-19. A total of 307 047 COVID-19 suspicion reports have been received since the beginning of 2020.
