MOH. Latest information of 6.08.2020

The MOH reports:

In Ukraine, 1318 new cases of COVID-19 coronavirus disease have been recorded.

According to the CSH, as of 9:00 am on August 06, 2020 there are 76 808 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, including 1819 lethal, 42 524 patients have recovered. During the day, 1318 new cases have been recorded. A total of  1 116 641 PCR tests have been performed.  997 patients have recovered over the last 24 hours.

Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:

▪ Vinnytsia region – 2898 cases;
▪ Volyn region –  4108 cases;
▪Dnipropetrovsk region – 1492 cases;
▪ Donetsk region –  941 cases;
▪ Zhytomyr region – 2036 cases;
▪ Zakarpattia region – 5539 case;
▪Zaporizhzhia region –   890  cases;
▪ Ivano-Frankivsk region – 5295 cases;
▪ Kirovograd region – 713 cases;
▪City of Kiev –8992 cases;
▪ Kyiv region – 3980 cases;
▪ Lviv region – 10420 cases;
▪Lugansk region – 135 cases;

▪Mykolaiv region –666 cases;
▪Odessa region –  3748 cases;
▪Poltava region – 477 cases;
▪Rivne region – 6538 cases;
▪Sumy region – 594 cases;
▪Ternopil region – 3177 cases;
▪Kharkiv region – 4381 case;
▪ Kherson region –242 cases;
▪ Khmelnitsky region – 1257 cases;
▪Chernivtsi region –6383 cases;
▪Cherkasy region – 969 cases;
▪Chernihiv region – 937 cases.

 

Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are missing.

The studies were conducted by the Virology Reference Laboratory and also by regional laboratories. On August 06, 2020, the Center received 1805 reports of suspected COVID-19. A total of 131 177 COVID-19 suspicion reports have been received since the beginning of 2020.
