MOH. Latest information of 4.08.2020

The MOH reports:

In Ukraine, 1061 new cases of COVID-19 coronavirus disease have been recorded.

According to the CSH, as of 9:00 am on August 04, 2020 there are 74 219 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, including 1764 lethal, 40 613 patients have recovered. During the day, 1061 new cases have been recorded. A total of 1 081 146 PCR tests have been performed. 737 patients have recovered over the last 24 hours.

Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:

▪ Vinnytsia region – 2848 cases;
▪ Volyn region –  4008 cases;
▪Dnipropetrovsk region – 1459 cases;
▪ Donetsk region –  903 cases;
▪ Zhytomyr region – 1967 cases;
▪ Zakarpattia region – 5384 case;
▪Zaporizhzhia region –   851  cases;
▪ Ivano-Frankivsk region – 5041 cases;
▪ Kirovograd region – 711 cases;
▪City of Kiev –8662 cases;
▪ Kyiv region – 3877 cases;
▪ Lviv region – 10067 cases;
▪Lugansk region – 130 cases;

▪Mykolaiv region –648 cases;
▪Odessa region –  3545 cases;
▪Poltava region – 466 cases;
▪Rivne region – 6355 cases;
▪Sumy region – 560 cases;
▪Ternopil region – 3121 cases;
▪Kharkiv region – 4093 case;
▪ Kherson region –230 cases;
▪ Khmelnitsky region – 1200 cases;
▪Chernivtsi region –6229 cases;
▪Cherkasy region – 955 cases;
▪Chernihiv region – 909 cases.

 

Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are missing.

The studies were conducted by the Virology Reference Laboratory and also by regional laboratories. On August 04, 2020, the Center received 1408 reports of suspected COVID-19. A total of 127 719 COVID-19 suspicion reports have been received since the beginning of 2020.
