MOH. Latest information of 17.09.2020

The MOH reports:

In Ukraine, 3 584 new cases of COVID-19 coronavirus disease have been recorded.

According to the CSH, as of 9:00 am on September 17, 2020 there are 166 244 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, including 3 400 lethal,  73 913 patients have recovered. During the day,   3 584  new cases have been recorded. A total of  1 955 211 PCR tests have been performed.  1 589 patients have recovered over the last 24 hours.

Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:

▪ Vinnytsia region – 5 039 cases;
▪ Volyn region –   6 593 cases;
▪Dnipropetrovsk region – 3 653 cases;
▪ Donetsk region –  2 272 cases;
▪ Zhytomyr region –  4 656 cases;
▪ Zakarpattia region – 8 931 case;
▪Zaporizhzhia region –   2 673   cases;
▪ Ivano-Frankivsk region – 11 856 cases;
▪ Kirovograd region –  951 cases;
▪City of Kiev – 18 449 cases;
▪ Kyiv region –  7 342 cases;
▪ Lviv region – 17 664 cases;
▪Lugansk region – 689 cases;

▪Mykolaiv region – 2 252 cases;
▪Odessa region –  10 602 cases;
▪Poltava region – 1 363 cases;
▪Rivne region – 10 797 cases;
▪Sumy region –  2 724 cases;
▪Ternopil region – 10 394 cases;
▪Kharkiv region – 13 915 case;
▪ Kherson region –  737 cases;
▪ Khmelnitsky region –  4 198 cases;
▪Chernivtsi region – 12 640 cases;
▪Cherkasy region – 2 820 cases;
▪Chernihiv region – 3 034 cases.

 

Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are missing.

The studies were conducted by the Virology Reference Laboratory and also by regional laboratories. On September 17. 2020, the Centre received 3 767 reports of suspected COVID-19. A total of   230 061 COVID-19 suspicion reports have been received since the beginning of 2020.
