The MOH reports:
In Ukraine, 2 958 new cases of COVID-19 coronavirus disease have been recorded.
According to the CSH, as of 9:00 am on September 16, 2020 there are 162 660 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, including 3 340 lethal, 72 324 patients have recovered. During the day, 2 958 new cases have been recorded. A total of 1 925 482 PCR tests have been performed. 1 514 patients have recovered over the last 24 hours.
Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:

▪Dnipropetrovsk region – 3 539 cases;
▪ Donetsk region – 2 180 cases;
▪ Zhytomyr region – 4 543 cases;

▪Zaporizhzhia region – 2 591 cases;
▪ Ivano-Frankivsk region – 11 677cases;
▪ Kirovograd region – 934 cases;
▪City of Kiev – 18 070 cases;
▪ Kyiv region – 7 207 cases;
▪ Lviv region – 17 430 cases;
▪Lugansk region – 653 cases;
▪Mykolaiv region – 2 171cases;
▪Odessa region – 10 277 cases;
▪Poltava region – 1 307 cases;
▪Rivne region – 10 707 cases;
▪Sumy region – 2 640 cases;
▪Ternopil region – 10 004 cases;
▪Kharkiv region – 13 432 case;
▪ Kherson region – 702 cases;
▪ Khmelnitsky region – 4 133 cases;
▪Chernivtsi region – 12 493cases;
▪Cherkasy region – 2 739 cases;
▪Chernihiv region – 2 922 cases.
Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are missing.
The studies were conducted by the Virology Reference Laboratory and also by regional laboratories. On September 16, 2020, the Centre received 3036 reports of suspected COVID-19. A total of 226 294 COVID-19 suspicion reports have been received since the beginning of 2020.
