MOH. Latest information of 14.08.2020

The MOH reports:

In Ukraine, 1732 new cases of COVID-19 coronavirus disease have been recorded – it is a new abysmal record in the number of infected people registered per day.

According to the CSH, as of 9:00 am on August 14, 2020 there are 87 872 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, including  2011 lethal, 46 797 patients have recovered. During the day, 1732  new cases have been recorded. A total of  1 252 842 PCR tests have been performed.  581 patients have recovered over the last 24 hours.

Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:

▪ Vinnytsia region – 3129 cases;
▪ Volyn region –  4529 cases;
▪Dnipropetrovsk region – 1658 cases;
▪ Donetsk region –  1049 cases;
▪ Zhytomyr region –  2333 cases;
▪ Zakarpattia region – 6080 case;
▪Zaporizhzhia region –   1038  cases;
▪ Ivano-Frankivsk region – 6320 cases;
▪ Kirovograd region – 739 cases;
▪City of Kiev – 10 160 cases;
▪ Kyiv region –  4429 cases;
▪ Lviv region – 11 658 cases;
▪Lugansk region – 171 cases;

▪Mykolaiv region – 770 cases;
▪Odessa region –  4732 cases;
▪Poltava region – 533 cases;
▪Rivne region – 7326 cases;
▪Sumy region – 783 cases;
▪Ternopil region – 3538 cases;
▪Kharkiv region – 5583 case;
▪ Kherson region – 290 cases;
▪ Khmelnitsky region – 1514 cases;
▪Chernivtsi region – 7264 cases;
▪Cherkasy region – 1092 cases;
▪Chernihiv region – 1154 cases.

 

Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are missing.

The studies were conducted by the Virology Reference Laboratory and also by regional laboratories. On August 14, 2020, the Centre received 2132 reports of suspected COVID-19. A total of  144 640 COVID-19 suspicion reports have been received since the beginning of 2020.
