A point of bookcrossing has appeared in Odessa National Medical University (a bookcase in the lobby of the sports complex)!
The first university free exchange of literature ever has been organized by students themselves with the help of teachers.
Bookcrossing (“book exchange”) – is a public movement in the format of a flash mob. This idea was offered by internet technology specialist Ron Hornbecker in May 2001. The sense of bookcrossing is that a person having read a book leaves it in a public place so that somebody else can find and read this book.
We ask students and teachers to support our initiative and share their favorite books so that as many people as possible could read them!
