Dear colleagues, students, and employees of Odessa National Medical University!

On June 28, we honor the Fundamental Law of our state — the Constitution of Ukraine. I sincerely congratulate you on this significant national holiday, which symbolizes independence, freedom, and the rule of law in our state!

The Constitution is not only the main law of the country, but also the spiritual pillar of society, a guarantee of the rights and freedoms of every citizen. In difficult times, when Ukraine is fighting for its integrity and freedom, these values ​​​​take on special importance.

May the Constitution continue to serve as the basis for the development of a democratic society, for the strengthening of civil peace and unity.

I wish all of us peace, strength of spirit, confidence in the future, as well as new achievements for the benefit of our country and Ukrainian medicine.
