The International Day of People with Disabilities was established by resolution A/RES/47/3 of the UN General Assembly on October 14, 1992. It is celebrated annually on December 3 to draw attention to the problems of people with disabilities, protection of their rights, dignity and well-being.
On this day, we try to present a holiday to people with disabilities. The members of the “Via scientiarum” circle of the Department of Social Sciences of Odesa National Medical University together with the Department of Labor and Social Policy of Odesa City Council and the NGO “Special Children” held such an event.
