Departments of Simulation Medical Technologies and Disaster and Military Medicine of Odessa National Medical University with the support of the Lithuanian Medical University together with Bukovynian Medical University and Uzhhorod National University conducted professional training of teachers as trainers of International Standards for Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCSS) from February 26 to March 4. Since March 7, on the basis of the Department of Simulation Medical Technologies, about 80 TSSS trainers-instructors according to international standards have been trained among 6th year students and interns.
The University provides all the technical conditions for training for territorial defense fighters, including highly realistic simulators of the wounded, combat simulators, real military first aid kits and additional electronic software.
The capacity of simulation classes allows to train from 40 to 60 fighters every day.
