“Current issues of primary pediatric care”: a regular meeting of Odessa Association of Pediatricians and Neonatologists

About 100 pediatricians, therapists, family doctors, neonatologists, anesthesiologists and doctors of many other specialties from all regions and the capital of Ukraine were accepted by the online platform ZOOM, and the broadcast on Facebook and Youtube channel was watched by almost 1000 people!

The Report of a Corresponding Member of NAMS of Ukraine, Professor, Head of the Department of Pediatrics № 1 of Odessa National Medical University M.L. Aryaev was devoted to the latest updates on the problem of Covid-19 in children. Students learned about the features of coronavirus infection in children, algorithms for diagnosis and treatment. The information was based on the latest foreign research, manuals and recommendations, as well as the latest statistics of the world and Ukraine.

In the second half of the seminar there was a report by “Associate Professor of Department of Pediatrics #1 Yu. V. Desyatska “New approaches to the nutrition of healthy and sick children.” Listeners received the latest information on breastfeeding and a balanced diet.

At the end of the report, the participants of the webinar had the opportunity to ask questions and receive comprehensive answers, chat.

At the end of the free webinar, participants passed a test control and received electronic certificates confirming their participation in the online seminar.
