The MOH reports:
In Ukraine, 1158 new cases of COVID-19 coronavirus disease have been recorded.
According to the CSH, as of 9:00 am on August 11, 2020 there are 83 115 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, including 1 951 lethal, 44 934 patients have recovered. During the day, 1158 new cases have been recorded. A total of 1195 561 PCR tests have been performed. 575 patients have recovered over the last 24 hours.
Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:
▪ Vinnytsia region – 3002 cases;
▪ Volyn region – 4375 cases;
▪Dnipropetrovsk region – 1571 cases;
▪ Donetsk region – 982 cases;
▪ Zhytomyr region – 2178 cases;
▪ Zakarpattia region – 5875 case;
▪Zaporizhzhia region – 959 cases;
▪ Ivano-Frankivsk region – 5911 cases;
▪ Kirovograd region – 725 cases;
▪City of Kiev –9687 cases;
▪ Kyiv region – 4239 cases;
▪ Lviv region – 11142 cases;
▪Lugansk region – 157 cases;
▪Mykolaiv region –729 cases;
▪Odessa region – 4364 cases;
▪Poltava region – 503 cases;
▪Rivne region – 7018 cases;
▪Sumy region – 702 cases;
▪Ternopil region – 3375 cases;
▪Kharkiv region – 5030 case;
▪ Kherson region –271 cases;
▪ Khmelnitsky region – 1376 cases;
▪Chernivtsi region –6876 cases;
▪Cherkasy region – 1039 cases;
▪Chernihiv region – 1038 cases.
Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are missing.
The studies were conducted by the Virology Reference Laboratory and also by regional laboratories. On August 11, 2020, the Centre received 1537 reports of suspected COVID-19. A total of 138 695 COVID-19 suspicion reports have been received since the beginning of 2020.
