In Ukraine, 16023 cases of COVID-19 coronavirus disease have been recorded
According to the CSH, as of 9:00 am on May 12, 2020 there are 16023 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, including 425 lethal, 3373 patients recovered. During the day, 375 new cases have been recorded.
Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:
▪ Vinnytsia region – 580 cases;
▪ Volyn region – 496 cases;
▪Dnipropetrovsk region – 748 cases;
▪ Donetsk region – 100 cases;
▪ Zhytomyr region – 525 cases;
▪ Zakarpattia region – 748 case;
▪Zaporizhzhia region – 331 cases;
▪ Ivano-Frankivsk region – 1133 cases;
▪ Kirovograd region – 425 cases;
▪City of Kiev –1930 cases;
▪ Kyiv region – 1023 cases;
▪ Lviv region – 825 cases;
▪Lugansk region – 42 cases;
▪Mykolaiv region –225 cases;
▪Odessa region – 653 cases;
▪Poltava region – 248 cases;
▪Rivne region – 1028 cases;
▪Sumy region – 157 cases;
▪Ternopil region – 1021 cases;
▪Kharkiv region – 623 case;
▪ Kherson region – 162 cases;
▪ Khmelnitsky region – 182 cases;
▪Chernivtsi region –2396cases;
▪Cherkasy region – 343 cases;
▪Chernihiv region – 79 cases.
Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are missing.
The studies were conducted by the Virology Reference Laboratory of the 12, 2020, the Center received 497 reports of suspected COVID-19. A total of 40289 COVID-19 suspicion reports have been received since the beginning of 2020.
