The MOH reports:
In Ukraine, 3 774 new cases of COVID-19 coronavirus disease have been recorded.
According to the CSH, as of 9:00 am on October 5, 2020 there are 230 236 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, including 4 430 lethal, 101 252 patients have recovered. During the day, 3 774 new cases have been recorded. A total of 2 397 905 PCR tests have been performed. 1 145 patients have recovered over the last 24 hours.
Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:
▪ Vinnytsia region – 6 822 cases;
▪ Volyn region – 8734 cases;
▪Dnipropetrovsk region – 7 137 cases;
▪ Donetsk region – 4 413 cases;
▪ Zhytomyr region – 6 934 cases;
▪ Zakarpattia region – 10 219 case;
▪Zaporizhzhia region – 4 630 cases;
▪ Ivano-Frankivsk region – 14 345 cases;
▪ Kirovograd region – 1 184 cases;
▪City of Kiev – 24 736 cases;
▪ Kyiv region – 9 918 cases;
▪ Lviv region – 21 294 cases;
▪Lugansk region – 1 294 cases;
▪Mykolaiv region – 3 819 cases;
▪Odessa region – 14 729 cases;
▪Poltava region – 2 965 cases;
▪Rivne region – 13 248 cases;
▪Sumy region – 5 453 cases;
▪Ternopil region – 14 421 cases;
▪Kharkiv region – 20 964 cases;
▪ Kherson region – 1 496 cases;
▪ Khmelnitsky region – 6 968 cases;
▪Chernivtsi region – 15 286 cases;
▪Cherkasy region – 4 550 cases;
▪Chernihiv region – 4 677 cases.
Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are missing.
The studies were conducted by the Virology Reference Laboratory and also by regional laboratories. On October 05. 2020, the Centre received 3 604 reports of suspected COVID-19. A total of 297 096 COVID-19 suspicion reports have been received since the beginning of 2020.
