The MOH reports:
In Ukraine, 4 027 new cases of COVID-19 coronavirus disease have been recorded – it is a new abysmal record in the number of infected people registered per day.
According to the CSH, as of 9:00 am on September 30, 2020 there are 208 959 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, including 4 129 lethal, 92 360 patients have recovered. During the day, 4 027 new cases have been recorded. A total of 2 278 248 PCR tests have been performed. 2 110 patients have recovered over the last 24 hours.
Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:
▪ Vinnytsia region – 6 194 cases;
▪ Volyn region – 8 059 cases;
▪Dnipropetrovsk region – 5 822 cases;
▪ Donetsk region – 3 477 cases;
▪ Zhytomyr region – 5 923 cases;
▪ Zakarpattia region – 9 819 case;
▪Zaporizhzhia region – 3 995 cases;
▪ Ivano-Frankivsk region – 13 577 cases;
▪ Kirovograd region – 1 108 cases;
▪City of Kiev – 22 778 cases;
▪ Kyiv region – 9 139 cases;
▪ Lviv region – 20 350 cases;
▪Lugansk region – 1 049 cases;
▪Mykolaiv region – 3 163 cases;
▪Odessa region – 13 529 cases;
▪Poltava region – 2 231cases;
▪Rivne region – 12 411 cases;
▪Sumy region – 4 223 cases;
▪Ternopil region – 13 514 cases;
▪Kharkiv region – 18 678 cases;
▪ Kherson region – 1 134 cases;
▪ Khmelnitsky region – 6 068 cases;
▪Chernivtsi region – 14 446 cases;
▪Cherkasy region – 4 022 cases;
▪Chernihiv region – 4 127 cases.
Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are missing.
The studies were conducted by the Virology Reference Laboratory and also by regional laboratories. On September 30. 2020, the Centre received 4 551 reports of suspected COVID-19. A total of 275 229 COVID-19 suspicion reports have been received since the beginning of 2020.
