The MOH reports:
In Ukraine, 972 new cases of COVID-19 coronavirus disease have been recorded.
According to the CSH, as of 9:00 am on July 24, 2020 there are 62823 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, including 1571 lethal, 34886 patients have recovered. During the day, 972 new cases have been recorded. A total of 937 006 PCR tests have been performed. 886 patients have recovered over the last 24 hours.
Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:
▪ Vinnytsia region – 2462 cases;
▪ Volyn region – 3446 cases;
▪Dnipropetrovsk region – 1302 cases;
▪ Donetsk region – 830 cases;
▪ Zhytomyr region – 1670 cases;
▪ Zakarpattia region – 4706 case;
▪Zaporizhzhia region – 712 cases;
▪ Ivano-Frankivsk region – 3852 cases;
▪ Kirovograd region – 689 cases;
▪City of Kiev –7396 cases;
▪ Kyiv region – 3421 cases;
▪ Lviv region – 8588 cases;
▪Lugansk region – 118 cases;
▪Mykolaiv region –536 cases;
▪Odessa region – 2749 cases;
▪Poltava region – 378 cases;
▪Rivne region – 5399 cases;
▪Sumy region – 397 cases;
▪Ternopil region – 2604 cases;
▪Kharkiv region – 3277 case;
▪ Kherson region –218 cases;
▪ Khmelnitsky region – 1021 cases;
▪Chernivtsi region –5485 cases;
▪Cherkasy region – 888 cases;
▪Chernihiv region – 679 cases.
Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are missing.
The studies were conducted by the Virology Reference Laboratory and also by regional laboratories. On July 24, 2020, the Center received 1334 reports of suspected COVID-19. A total of 113 589 COVID-19 suspicion reports have been received since the beginning of 2020.
