MOH. Latest information of 22.09.2020

The MOH reports:

In Ukraine, 2 884 new cases of COVID-19 coronavirus disease have been recorded.

According to the CSH, as of 9:00 am on September 22, 2020 there are 181 237  laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, including 3 642 lethal,  79 901 patients have recovered. During the day,   2 884  new cases have been recorded. A total of   2 079 482 PCR tests have been performed.  1717 patients have recovered over the last 24 hours.

Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:

▪ Vinnytsia region –  5 377 cases;
▪ Volyn region –   7 031 cases;
▪Dnipropetrovsk region – 4 218 cases;
▪ Donetsk region –  2 505 cases;
▪ Zhytomyr region –  5 121 cases;
▪ Zakarpattia region – 9 265 case;
▪Zaporizhzhia region –   3 034   cases;
▪ Ivano-Frankivsk region – 12 675 cases;
▪ Kirovograd region –  1 005  cases;
▪City of Kiev –  20 028 cases;
▪ Kyiv region –  8 020 cases;
▪ Lviv region – 18 793 cases;
▪Lugansk region –  767 cases;

▪Mykolaiv region – 2 572 cases;
▪Odessa region –  11 843 cases;
▪Poltava region – 1 575 cases;
▪Rivne region – 11 353 cases;
▪Sumy region –  3 184 cases;
▪Ternopil region – 11 732 cases;
▪Kharkiv region – 15 505 cases;
▪ Kherson region –   837 cases;
▪ Khmelnitsky region –  4 937 cases;
▪Chernivtsi region – 13 304 cases;
▪Cherkasy region – 3 145 cases;
▪Chernihiv region – 3 411  cases.

 

Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are missing.

The studies were conducted by the Virology Reference Laboratory and also by regional laboratories. On September 22. 2020, the Centre received 3 131 reports of suspected COVID-19. A total of   245 710 COVID-19 suspicion reports have been received since the beginning of 2020.
