The MOH reports:
In Ukraine, 809 new cases of COVID-19 coronavirus disease have been recorded.
According to the CSH, as of 9:00 am on July 17, 2020 there are 57264 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, including 1456 lethal, 29769 patients have recovered. During the day, 809 new cases have been recorded. A total of 854064 PCR tests have been performed. 838 patients have recovered over the last 24 hours.
Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:
▪ Vinnytsia region – 2253 cases;
▪ Volyn region – 3188 cases;
▪Dnipropetrovsk region – 1174 cases;
▪ Donetsk region – 781 cases;
▪ Zhytomyr region – 1580 cases;
▪ Zakarpattia region – 4229 case;
▪Zaporizhzhia region – 658 cases;
▪ Ivano-Frankivsk region – 3309 cases;
▪ Kirovograd region – 677 cases;
▪City of Kiev –6689 cases;
▪ Kyiv region – 3184 cases;
▪ Lviv region – 7754 cases;
▪Lugansk region – 100 cases;
▪Mykolaiv region –504 cases;
▪Odessa region – 2435 cases;
▪Poltava region – 347 cases;
▪Rivne region – 4940 cases;
▪Sumy region – 352 cases;
▪Ternopil region – 2358 cases;
▪Kharkiv region – 2909 case;
▪ Kherson region –207 cases;
▪ Khmelnitsky region – 942 cases;
▪Chernivtsi region –5262 cases;
▪Cherkasy region – 800 cases;
▪Chernihiv region – 632 cases.
Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are missing.
The studies were conducted by the Virology Reference Laboratory and also by regional laboratories. On July 17, 2020, the Center received 1107 reports of suspected COVID-19. A total of 106355 COVID-19 suspicion reports have been received since the beginning of 2020.
